Getting Started

Before you begin, it is very important that you review the information on this page.

Please follow these steps to get started (links will open in a new tab):

  1. Register for an account. If you already have an account, you can log in now. If you need assistance, please review our How to Register Guide.
  2. After registering, you must complete your profile. Please add your full name – this is the name that will appear on your certification credential.
  3. After completing your profile, read the Certification Exam Guides for useful and time savings tips on taking your exam.
  4. After finishing these steps, you can use the main navigation bar to find a certification exam and begin.

NOTE: If you are using a school or business network, additional steps may need to be taken by your IT system administrator in order for you to receive your registration email confirmation and download the files required to complete your exam.  Please have your IT system administrator review our System Administrator Guide in order to ensure that you will have the required access for completing the exam.
