I have attained a good level of experience in technology and plant research and design, as well as manufacturing planning, working with small design groups, plant engineers and individuals for the past 5 years. Well vested in CAD/CAM tools for product design. I have 3 years heavy experience in digital design and manufacturing. My background has primarily been focused on machinery and equipment design and industrial structures. My CAD specialization includes Multi-Physics Motion Analysis, 3D modelling & Rendering, Structural FEA, Metal Sheet Design, NX Shape Studio & Realize Shape, Drafting, Mechanical Routing, NX Mechatronics Concept Designer, NX Topology Optimization and Design for Additive Manufacturing. My CAM skills include DFM analysis, CNC multi-axis mill and lathe programming, Mold and Die tool design, and Additive manufacturing. Upon graduating from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, I joined the technical team of a cocoa processing company as a junior design engineer. On that team I worked with engineers to design mezzanine and supports for equipment. I also worked equipment parts redesign. It has brought me string understanding of industrial structures and equipment parts design. I am familiar with ISO-128 and GD&T drawings. I can advice you on what plastic or metal material to use for a specific application. I can also provide axiomatic design guidance. I have practical CNC 3-5 axis milling and lathe turning and facing part machining programming experience.
